Hi, anybody knows what this circles means Confused

I just push space bar (sp) and these circles appeared

it is ur command radius,ur command teams have a bigger green circle than the other units.
ur other units are meant to follow orders better when they r within the commanders radius.
also when running long distances try not to let ur team become seperated from each other.
