#1: T34's in Kellys heroes? Author: B_Grim, Location: the Lizard CornwallPosted: Sat Oct 09, 2004 10:05 pm T34's in Kellys heroes, the classic 60's film,
this may be old hat,but ive just noticed
the tiger tanks in the film look like made-
up T34's..am i right?..who cares?
#2: Author: GiJoe, Posted: Tue Oct 12, 2004 3:20 pm Im sure it was a T-34 chassis used for the Tigers in that movie.
They did a respectable job with it. Frequently film makers just
slap german markings on an allied tank , halftrack or whatever
and its always spoils the illusion. At least they they tried
in that movie to make it believable. I think it was filmed in Yugoslavia
so they probably had easy access to old soviet equipment and
world war II era stuff.

#4: Author: B_Grim, Location: the Lizard CornwallPosted: Thu Dec 16, 2004 11:53 pm I do believe that some of the German tanks in
'band of brothers' were in fact t-34's dressed up.
Personaly id like to see them as t-34's,
which I.M.H.O is the classiest tank ever, dressing them up
to look like something less worthy is a shame.
They remind me of ''the Daleks'' from Dr Who?
enough!!!.
