You will need to edit the CCResourceDLL.dll file. ResHack works well for this.

Reshack is the best and easyiest tool for that.

THe mod, Iv dont the first strat map, 44 winter maps, i used the best from WW and CC4, and im testing GC right now.
Iv guess i UL a alfa version soon. (as soon i see no major problem in Strat layer)
