You can simply make a no_cd version by ..
1. Obtain a copy of the no_cd version and the Dreaded88 version.
2. Download the soldier color editor from the tools section here.
3. Run the soldier editor, and open the Dreaded88 exe. All the soldier uniform data is captured by the tool.
4. Next use the 'save' option in the editor, and save this info into a copy of the no_cd version. This works, I know for sure.
