#1: Mod install help Author: alKatib, Posted: Fri Feb 10, 2006 2:17 pm — Hi all!
So I downloaded GJS, and el Alamein, installed them according to instructions BUT: I start the game and everything is just fine (title screens and whatnot) but whenever I try to play something goes wrong. In GJS, I got a message the game couldn't read the .txt files for the individual battles/maps; in el Alamein it says it can't open the .btd files.
Any ideas?

i had the same Problems with Stalingrad.
I thought it was a mistae with the Mappackage, so i download all maps one by one and than the game runs

When u install a mod by plugins for the first time u must do this before doing everythings.
Uninstall CCV, remove the SSI folder manually after uninstall....
Then follow the those guides:
Make sure than the first time you start with a fresh new install of CCV...
