After removing and reloading CC5 last week, some data files have gone walkabout, which means that I cannot: a)use plug-ins; b) remove CC5 using Control Panel; or c) re-install CC5.
Has anyone got any ideas as to how I remove CC5 manually, or alternaively force a re-install from the CD?

Or the control pannel / install/uninstall program...
Now to correct that u v got to :
Delete manualy all the SSI folder.
Go in the Cd rom CCV and found the setup files.. double click on it and then choice the install
If install option isnt avaiable u v got to click on play then u will got an error. take out the CD and restart your Pc then replace the CD in normaly u will got the auto install comein up....
