at http://www.hamachi.cc/ i found and use a small but powerfull way to organize two or more computers with an Internet connection into their own virtual network for direct secure communication.
I use it for gaming, virtualy any game can be played over the internet with Hamachi, and also for remote desktop conection from my home pc and work, file transfer and so on.
