i am a boy in china, the vision of my game is the chinese vision.so the tools for MOD doesn't work correctly.and i don't know why. please help......

You can try to post the same question in the Chinese forum. From my understanding, the config tools should works the same for different language version of Windows. What is the exact problem you are getting?

I wanna tell you that the Chinese vision CC can install any CC mods without any problem after you install a small patch. It is only 15 KB.

My CC is also Chinese vision and this small patch is quite useful !
