What exactly happens?
Do You recive any Error Message?
If yes then post it so maybe ther is some one who can help you.
Try also this:
Check your DirectX and Directdraw settings.
If it works fine if not try the following:
Uninstall all your Stalingrad files and download the MAP PACK again.
Install everything again including the map pack this may works.
