Can we expect to see it? Has anyone mentioned that the idea might sound intresting. I watched a show on the History Channel a few months agom, and an infantry soldier (American) said that for the first part of the war that our bazookas wouldn't penitrate the T-34/85's armour. He also said that in the beginign of the war the North Korean Army had more tanks.
It would be cool to see Close Combat taken to another war.
Just a thought. Idea

Yeah i saw that too, the CO of that soldier fired 20(!) rounds at that T34/85 and the bazooka rounds just bounced of the armor. Then the CO threw the bazooka away saying "Well, this obviously isn`t gonna work"

I`d like to see a Korea mod aswell. You could make one hell of a campaign. Fighting all the way up to North Korea, then bang, the Chinese knocks you all the way back again (or not) and you have to start over again, this time with better forces and supplies though. Nice!

When the Korean war occurred, Armored vehicles the Korean Army have had were just only some 50 M8 Greyhound and U.S. Military did not stationed in Korea. North Korea had a lot of Russian T34/85 tanks and enter them to the war. Thus, North Korea took advantage at the first period of the war. Getting into the scrape, U.N. force sent many tanks; M4 shermans, Cromwells, M26 Pershings and Centurions one after another to launch the counterattack. Number of U.N. tanks entered to the frontline became hundreds at last. There was a severe tank battle between M26s and T34s during the war.

Korea War would work great up to the point of the stalemate of trench warfare, but then again there is no reason to follow history Wink

yeah.....i would like to see a Korea mod in any CC games...but i don't have the experience in making one.....
