#1: Recomendations? Author: scartop, Posted: Sun Jan 28, 2007 4:34 pm — I have been playing CC3 for years now and only just discovered this fantastic new world of CC. Can anyone recomend a download for a novice that would work with CC3? Something that can get me started.

1) browse through the how to guides
2) download all mods you desire (notice: some cc3 mods are standalone, so that install is really easy.)
3) get you hands on a CC5 cd (probably through ebay)
4) Download configmanager and all mods
5) install gamespy -> and play online vs human players after u got used to the new maps, bgs, weapons....
Also try some submods (like vet mod, rank mod)...
