Holding down "Ctrl" on start-up and then disabling Video fixes the above. so far works fine on Vista 64Bit
GOing to install updates now maybe some mods later - will Post again if any problems with VIsta 64BIt

#4: Author: Greed, Posted: Tue Feb 20, 2007 1:56 pm I did a clean install to
Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate 64-Bit Edition DVD - OEM
Hope that helps
Played a couple of single map games last night. (need to find a CD hack, pain having to find each time)
no problems except scroll speed was to fast, even on slow. had to use the keyboard to make smaller moves.
Looked all right at 1280x1024 - my widescreen monitor could display more but that was the games max. SOunds were pretty good. and I patched it to 4.02
Now if i could just find the other Close combat titles I have
ANY ideas about playing online against others, or am i stuffed because the game is to old
#5: Author: Pzt_Wincent, Posted: Sat Mar 24, 2007 9:18 am Hello, I have Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit and original game is fine. Got also widescreen- 20" screen. Really nice. I think when you will use keyboard for scrolling (arrows) it can be not too bad, but maybe it is bullshit idea. After moding to BOB i have a problem with "unable open file for streaming". Need to check that CSO message. Don't know where but I will try. I am pretty mad about this new system. Really nothing new ..just down yout performance and asking 2 times to allow your action and looking how to take more money from you. Need also solve it because I will surelly install here also something else. Maybe XP.
