I have a cable modem and am downloading the B.O. 1.2 plugin and the best I can get is 49.0kb/sec
So I rebooted ran my Adaware to find any spyware stuff (It always does) and came back with the same download speed. (1 hour 20 min)
I tried turning off my firewalls but that didnt help.
I have one from Windows XP and one from a subscription at Mcafee.
