what links flick?i have read on a thread about a grand(not the original) campaign mod. i would like to get it btw thanks for the reply Smile

*edit* I've looked myself, and there seems o be no mods for it

I'm not really the person to ask anyway, I'm not the biggest fan of the original. Shocked

actually i think i have got it now. it may be this CC2_Op_Mkt_Garden_v1.zip. this will only work with a full install of the game and i cant do a full install cos it doesn't work(on my xp) when i do. any mods you would recoomend though?

Do you know a work around for the mod? unfortuneatley when i do a full install of cc2 the game does not work on my xp os.i have tried messing withe comapatability mode too. so i have to do a partial install.The mod itself reqires a full install according to the readme.

if you ask me about who made the mod, i've put toghether some previous work done by those mentioned in the readme + some work done by myself and i could help you as i've mentioned in the previous post

on the other hand, i've instaled the cc2 original disc on a PC (with windows XP profesional and service pack 2) and on a laptop (with windows XP home edition and service pack 2), and it worked perfect without any special settings

please check if you have all the updates on windows xp, uninstall it and try again; on my profile you could find the msn account and you could contact me on messenger for further assistance

or you should try this for a full install:

- you need to set compatibility for win 98 to the INSTALL ICON on the CD.
- explore to the CD.
- find the install icon
- right click on it set compatibility mode

with the install prog running in compatible mode, it should install correctly;
then, once installed, set compatibility on the game exe as well.
