Has anyone else noticed a reduction in the speed of page loading since these banner ads (above) appeared?

There was a similar problem recently on that other forum whose name I dare not mention!

I did notice. However for me the page loaded and you could read whatever post you opened, but the ad sometimes took awhile to finish. The good news is, revenue is up!

I changed a few other things like removed some blocks on the left hand side and gave mysql more memory for its buffers and caches... Hopefully that helps some.

The site's pages load very quickly for me... even using dial-up.

The revenue increase is good news! More ammo!!!
