How I can change the evalution of victory which is occuring after the end of operation in Operation briefing screen. As you know in the Stalingrad mod there is insuffincient evalutias for aout turnament rules "signifficant progress" for both sides or stalemate, that´s all. I want to have there stalemate and minor, decisive, major and total victory messages and the equivalents of all defeats. I know that I need to go into the game files but where I can do the changes and what kind of tool I need?
