yes; dont use continue, just save file and go back to command
to reload your latest saved file

Click to Continue? Meaning status screen before a battle?
Are you playing a mod of vanilla CC5?
Some early mods have problems with single battles because of missing wrecks.

the mod was downloaded again yesterday i assume that it is the new version

Ah...yup...Battle of Berlin suffers from single battle crashes (due to missing wrecks)...so that's normal Smile

Ops and GCs should work fine though.
