Nah i think it's hard coded in the .exe.
I hope they add this feature in the CC5 Rerelease.

You could setup scenarios where you have captured vehicles already in your forcepool though.

Q. Is it possible to save the game after capturing, exiting the game, editing the savegame and in this way adding the tank/ cannon (offcourse after adding a captured ..... team via q-clone). Then restarting the game and loading the savegame.
