#1: How are ranges calculated Author: GaryChildress, Posted: Wed Jul 16, 2008 1:50 am — I'm trying to add the Carl Gustav to the weapons file. Does anyone know how ranges are calculated in the Weapon.txt file?
Ranges are Point Blank, Close, Medium and Long.
I know long range is the maximum range of a weapon but how are PB, Close and Medium calculated?

#2: Author: AT_Stalky, Posted: Wed Jul 16, 2008 10:23 am — Carl Gustav, that may be many things, not sure what you mean, the m/45 SMG? Supose you dont mean m/42, but maybe the CG m/48 A-B or m/86 C? (M1-2-3) PB may be like, 50? meter, depend on if its Open S, or if its the optic or red dot you are moding. And also what ammo you plan to mod.
