It's only been since Tuesday.

Unfortunately, Gary, this is not unusual.

The site has probably gone down under the barrage of posts I made on Tuesday night!

Maybe that thread on antidisestablishmentarianism was not a good idea.

Over the past few days use jackscc3fan2007 from China has been using some sort of 3rd party download application on this site. This application grabs a specific file over and over to somehow speed up the download. Eventually the program uses all the resources that the MYSQL and Apache servers can handle. For example, the other day I noticed he had over 100 connections to the Okinawa map pack.

Anyways... I have been banning him over and over... he has a dynamic IP tho..

Is it possible to PM the guy and tell him what he is doing that is bringing the system down. If it is unintentional then I would think he would stop. Idea

Looks like the Wargamer is down due to site maintenance.

Hmm, apparently you are misinformed then Wink . Matrix does not own The Wargamer.

Through some chain of ownership the two sites are owned by the same people atleast. The DNS records prove it.

The domain, yes. But the business and funding is totally independent.

Why would the domains be hosted on the same server, both by Virtual Buisiness Designs?
