Yeah was able to get Matrix to get on them after harrassing Dan Heath for a few months on a daily basis....what was holding them up was the need to manual reset them. Now they automatically reset if there are any issues.

Like Schrecken said they've been stable for almost 2 weeks now.

I haven't been able to connect for over 12 months.

No one answers the reports of it not working.

Expect this kind of support to continue with the newer releases and particularly the multiplayer server.
