Please post bug reports and suggestions here, People!

Known issues:
- Some map coding glitches and inaccuracies (mostly in Toendjoengan) - will be fixed in the final version.
- Some Platoon Leader Units (Chutaico TKRP and KNIL Peletonleider) show up as Command Tanks in the zoomed out Tactical Map. This is due to unorthodox settings in the adb to allow for special initial deployment setup for mixed BGs (ie: Brits with KNIL, TKR with TKRP etc).
- Militias wearing green clothing/uniforms will switch to the default white-black militia uniform when mortally wounded or dead. CC5 engine limitations.

I installed the demo (stand alone mod), but can't run it. I keep getting, "Unable to run Demo, re-install Close Combat Normandie Demo".
Any ideas? I used the other program to try and repair after install, and I used it to actually install the demo (and I tried it as an administrator as well), but still got the same error.

Please read the installation notes thoroughly before installing the BoS45 demo.
You have to install the CC5 Demo before installing the BoS45 demo.
FYI, the BoS45 demo is not a stand alone mod...it's a mod of the CC5 demo.

Is it possible that the naval barrage does not work properly? I can place the marker round (white smoke) but the barrage never came.

Hi, Diggin...

On the Ngagel map, right? I think this glitch only appears on single battles.
The maps is not covered by naval barrage, but we wanted to give the Brits air support...not just artillery barrage.

I love the Indonesian voices, and overall the mod looks pretty cool. The one thing I have to say is that the grenade militias and suicide AT squads seem pointless when the Indonesians have AT guns, SMG squads, and leftover Japanese tanks.

Edit: I meant to post this in the Demo Released thread, I guess I fail at tabbed browsing. Sorry Embarassed

AT guns and Japanese Tanks are pretty rare...most Indonesian BGs will have to rely on Suicide AT Squads and AT Rifle Infantry to kill British tanks.

SMG Squads are also not as numerous as Grenade Militias Wink

About the desktop icon? You didn't like the custom icon that came with BoS45?
We used Boeng Tomo's pic for the BoS45 icon.

Hmmmm... I did not see an icon file in the BoS45 demo download. The exe file has the standard CC5 Invasion Normandy icon pic. Where is the "custom icon" that you mention?

Yeah, I am having a blast playing both sides of the battle against the AI on alternate evenings after work. Good stuff!

After installing the CC5 demo...then the BoS45 demo...you should have an BoS45 Icon on your desktop. If you skipped that part of the install...then just drag the CC5.exe in "C:\Program Files\SSI\Invasion Normandy Demo" to the desktop...you should have a BoS45 Icon.

Progressing very slowly (maps...arrrgggh!).
Eaglereach is very busy with work...and I also had to take about a 5 month break from modding/mapping due to RL commitments (renovating my home).
Sorry about the delays.

The CCWAR BoS45 Demo port is almost ready though...just waiting for the official patch from Matrix.
