It's a single map battle about the attack of 85 fallschirmjager to the one of the strongest forts in Belgium in 1940.

More Info:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eben_Emael

I think it will be finished about October - November

Regards from Spain

I've used an exxisting map. My idea in the future is to do a new map. (Mapper will be needed because I don't know how to do it).

Great idea,

I remember the map form CC3 (by Dreaded88 ?) there were some gunpositons with cupolas for the belgians. Sadly in CC3 their position couldn´t be fixed on the map like the 88 gun in CC2.

Thanks! Smile
Hmm...I gotta to browse more CC3 maps for my mods...there are so many maps available that some just get lost in the stacks...amazing!
Maybe you should just repaint the map to give it a slightly different feel.

BTW=By The Way Very Happy

Always nice to see a new mod in the making.

By the way, did they really have infantry guns dropped there?

Too bad the engine limits the FJ from running to the dropped weapons in the start while the belgians would have free shots at them.

This looks to be a very interesting "pocket mod"!

Again, I really like the idea of a scenario involving German paratroops in an air-drop. The outstanding 'extra' for this battle could be the excellent AI attacking abilities that Pzjager has developed for his Stalingrad mods... against the static defense of the Belgians in the fort of Eben Emael. Maybe a little cross-sharing of information on how to achieve this would be possible.

This would make for a superb re-creation of an historic battle!

Keep up your great work, IFNI. Your progress so far looks super!!

Thanks Tripwire.

Now I'm working at the RWA and some things. I think iEben Emael could be finished at the beginning of 2009.
