i followed every step correctly, and i got to the install and it says:

failed to copy system/packages/stalingrad1.2/cc5.exe to C:\Program Files\SSI\Close combat Invasion Normandy\cc5.exe

how can i fix it?!?!?

Do you use an english CCv game? It may happens when u use CCV none english
game, like french or european
Or
Do you use full CCV install?
Or
Did you install your CCv out of driver C?

sometimes the file can be locked or with a read only setting
Or the file is just missing

Hey Oberschutze.

This error suggests that eigther the cc5.exe file is missing in you pln package or in the map i should be copied to. you might wanna check that out first... if they are where they need to be you could copy them by hand from the pln to the location it should be...

Hi all!

I got the exact the same problem, get the same error message.. Sad

Im doing exactly as the "Installing Mods" help guide says.Darn.
I really really want to try this mod!

any help?

hello this is probably because you haven't installed CC5 in C:\Program Files\
i've got the same problem because i was installing the game in F:\Program Files\

i hope this will help
