A little Fallout mod that I'm working on now. I'm not sure if I'm going to ever release it.

Here are some screens from a battle between US infantry in T-51b Powered Infantry Armor and Red infantry.
I love the sounds of miniguns and gattling lasers Very Happy .

Three more screenshots:
Remains of normal US infantry are defending against Red elite breakthrough tanks and mechanized infantry.
Thanks to my heroic defence the engagement ended with a truce.

Hmm...
Are there any Fallout fans?

Hehe Very Happy .
I played Fallout 1 + 2 hundreds of times. Also, I used to take part in anti-FINO3 Jihad, before I got bored with it Very Happy .

I agree. Fallout tactics was a poor tactical game when compared to X-Com and Jagged Alliance 2 and it did a very poor job at portraying the Fallout setting.

I like Fallout 1 the most because it has the most consistent setting of all Fallout games. I didn't like many things that appeared in Fallout 2 because of personnel changes and executive meddling, like the Temple of Trials, too much Monty Python allusions and invasion of real world weapons.

Too bad no one makes games like Fallout anymore...

Some more screenies Very Happy :

This time I played a battered US infantry company (was it battalion's weapons company?) defending against a Red infantry company (1 x 3 squads of 12 men and 2 x 3 squads of 16 men).
It was pretty brutal as I had a tripod-mounted minigun and 5 81mm mortars.

Things get worse. Minigun team got destroyed with 250 lb bombs and the counter attack turned into a bloody massacre.
It was because 1. my units couldn't see enemy soldiers that were ~15m away and without cover.
2. City-Killers and flamers are much bette
