#1: CC5 config Manager bug Author: VonVolks, Posted: Mon Nov 10, 2008 3:57 pm As my CC5 mod playing SDK was going mental, I decided a full reinstall was in order.
I uninstalled my SDK mod with config manager, then uninstalled the 5.01 patch , then uninstalled CC5. Reboot
I then re-installed cc5, redid the 5.01 patch then rebooted.
When I tried to reinstall the CC5 SDK mod with my config manager, it came up immediately with a failed error 3 message:
"failed to copy c:\progfiles\ssi\closecombatetc\cc5.exe to system\original\cc5.exe (error code = 3)"
Any ideas!? I was loving SDK for our 1st 2 rounds of combat, but now its gone to hell!!!!
#2: Author: VonVolks, Posted: Mon Nov 10, 2008 4:07 pm oh don't worry, I just fixed it myself by creating an "originals" folder in the system folder of config manager.
Now lets see if reinstall has fixed our H2H woes!

#4: Author: VonVolks, Posted: Mon Nov 10, 2008 5:26 pm oh i just reinstalled back to the same place...
does that make a difference?
#5: Author: ZAPPI4, Location: Belgium LiegePosted: Mon Nov 10, 2008 10:26 pm it may but be not. But it's grantly recommended.
Start a re-install from a clean uninstale. If u used any unplugins mod install, new map, sound mod, etc it may corrupt the install
