#1: waypoints.. Author: Astonvallio, Posted: Wed Dec 10, 2008 1:23 am How does the waypoints works?
I have read the manual but i was not able to create a waypoint.
This is from the manual:
To set waypoints, right click on a unit as normal and determine which type of movement, then press and hold the shift key and plot the path you wish the unit to take. Each number represents a point the unit passes through.
I've done exactly what is wrote on the manual, but nothing!
Did this command really works?
How can i "plot" the the path of a unit?
Thanks for future suggestions...
#2: Author: schrecken, Location: Sydney, AustraliaPosted: Wed Dec 10, 2008 6:30 am right click on a unit.
give the move order
before you give it a destination to move to press and hold down the shift key.
left click on the destination you want to move to with the 1sr way point.
Keep the shift key depressed.
Left click on the destination for the 2nd way point
etc etc up to 20 way points
Let go of the shift key and your unit will move working it's way through the way points.

Keep an eye on drivers.
