#1: Blast from the past... Author: Panzergrenadier87, Location: Birmingham, UKPosted: Thu Dec 11, 2008 6:50 am Bit of a long shot...
Back when I was a wee lad, I got Perfect General II, a fairly old-school Widnows 95 strat game. It turned me into a nut for all this strategic, but I lost it when I lent it to a buddy in maybe 2001, and have been looking for it ever since.
Question
1) does anybody know where I can get a copy? I have seen a few pricey ones on ebay which I'd more than happily go for...
2) would it work on XP if I changed compatibility settings?
Madness.

Look for the DL button in the right bottom corner after the comments (signup required). Didn't test it...

Nice one, not sure how I didn't spot that!

Another oldie but addictive strategy war game is Lords of the Rising Sun its an old Amiga classic which I still play today. Every game, like CC, has different outcomes depending on your strategy. I guess thats what makes them timeless as far as game play go's.
