Does anybody have a reinforcement schedule so I have an idea when BG are expected to show up?

Yeh,
Select create schenario from the main screen and then:

1) Click the campaign button as image attached suggest
2) Select the GC file, click open
3) look at bottom image, and you see how to see when BG enter and where
