HE - hight explosive ammo, for soft target
AP - armor piercing, for hard target (armor)
SM - smoke

What type of ammo are HT and SP?

To the best of my knowledge CC has always had it as follows.

HE = High Explosive
HT = High Explosive Anti-Tank (HEAT)
AP = Armor Piercing
SP = Special (varies by weapon)
SM = Smoke

All clear.

But another question.
I saw a tank use SP ammo then i saw multiple small explosion in front of tank at close range. What type of ammo it used?
