I really : love all the half tracks and armoures cars in CC5. They are a bit week in choice compared to other games of the series.
The problem is that they are cannon fodder. Every hand grenade throwing old lady can knock them out.
I always have 2 half track mortar carriers when available. They will rack up a kill score above there weight eventually. Great for suppresive fire. Which the computer A1 sucks at.
Does any one have tactics or ideas of how to maximise there potential ?.
My ideal half track would be armed with a giant net so as to capture those pesky infantry close in attacks. Failing that an 88mm cannon .
