My opinion is that like Therions,unless you were there to see everything,everything said is basically a he said/she said conversation.
Just look at the NFL player who reciently killed someone while driving..all he got was 30 days.
And this is even after he was proven to had been drinking.Thats just reciently.The list is never ending when it comes to high profile people killing someone and getting away with it.
Theirs no reason for anyone to respect the law in the U.S.
Because theres no reson to expect it to work.

There actually was a case in Poland when a PE teacher was accused by sexually molesting a schoolgirl. Later that schoolgirl admitted that she has framed him for the lulz after he was found "guilty" by the "judge".
That's why it's good to stay away from kiddies even when one isn't a paedophile .
