HI

Does anybody know the best way to contact 'Matrix games'?
I ordered a download link of CC TLD, made the payment but haven't received nothing yet. The order and payment was made about 1 month ago. Confused
I tried via their site but it seems i'm not able to log in with my known password & nick/emailadress. When i try to make a new account, it says the emailadress is allready in use... ???????????

Maybe Schrecken will fwd this on for you. Best bet is to post in thier forums and get the attention or Eric Rutkins.

matrixgames helpdesk

To check on your order status

Matrixgames order status

To contact erik Rutins (last resort), you must have all details available and be able to explain clearly what your problem is.

Hehehe,
Actually now when reread my post I noticed I typed CD (that tells you I live in the past).

No pun intended amigo.
But I think I let you down when I tell you that there is no more paper manuals. They are in those CDs/DVDs and you can print ´em if you want ´em.

And you live in US and A. Post is cheaper there and also faster.
