This is my first post. I have had cc4 for several years and never before tried any mods before now. At first my thanks to all modders.
I installed winter war mod following installation guide (http://www.closecombatseries.net/CCS/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=101#3)
. I made clean install and then installed winter war mod. First battle in grand campaign seems to happen in orginal cc4 map. Is this like it is supposed to be or am I missing something?
And what is winter war modswap zip-file? How do I use it or do I need it?

#2: Re: Winter War maps? Author: Sapa, Posted: Mon Sep 28, 2009 9:07 am — All the maps for CC4 winterwar is not new made! the mod is using some of the orginal ones is, but i cant remember the numbers of old used...
The version converted for CC5 uses 1 cc4 map and the rest is the new ones from version CC4 and some others homemade.

I thought that I had done something wrong. I have no earlier experience of mods. I have also cc3 so with mods these two games get a new life.
