Hello is there a quick guide to change the time (to 20 minutes) to a new campaign of CC5?

Some sample custom timer values:

B8 0B = 5 mins
70 17 = 10 mins
04 1A = 666 secs [11 mins 6 secs]
28 23 = 15 mins
E0 2E = 20 mins
98 3A = 25 mins
