I have just downloaded all the files. When I try to run the Cfg.exe file, a message appears saying, " Packages folder does not exist". Could anyone tell me what this means and what I may have done wrong.

The System folder should contain subfolders "Original" and "Packages" . Reinstall the plugin manager after reading the readme.txt . When installed first copy the Schelde mod plugin file into the "Plugins" folder and then start the cfvg exe.
On a sidenote: H2H version 1.1 is due very soon.
