It says to selected beta testers, you can register but I see it is available in their download section.

It seems they will contact you if you are deemed worthy, fair enough I suppose.
So fill out the questionaire before you go to the expense of downloading!

Even if you don't get invitation there will be open beta very soon, and release is in Q4 2010.
