Hi, When I try to uninstall Afrika '40-'41 using CvgV13 I keep getting this error:

Failed to copy System\Original\CC5.exe to C:\Program Files\SSI\Close Combat Normandy\CC5.exe (Error code=3)

I did a full install of CC5 plus the patch. Also the game runs properly when I play the Mod.

Does anyone know what problem is occurring?

Run As Administrator

This solution is for error code 5, but should work for 3 as well.

I just wen to check it out I don't seem to have that option since I'm running windows XP Sad

You may be using a user account that does not have permissions to run anything as administrator. Take a screenshot of the Config Manager properties for me.

Also.. check and make sure that the file System\Original\CC5.exe does exists as well. If it doesnt exist then running as admin is not the way to fix it.

Ahha.... You have Config Manager on D:\. The uninstall script is looking for the fileson C:\. Put Config Manager there and it should be ok.

Unfortunately my C: drive is a 100 MB system backup. While my other drive D: is my main hard drive. I just found out that I would have to do a complete reformat to switch the letters around Sad
