Those files are unziped from Karelia 2.2 fin S vetmod 2.0.zip and I'm wondering where I should put them, in system folder under config manager or into games directory ? I tried both but I'm not sure if its properly unziped.

put files into game folders, overwrite and save old files.

I'm wondering how exactly difficulty values in registry affects gameplay. At lvl 3 (max) opponents tends to be almost immortal and my soldiers are dying almost constantly when shooting starts.
