There are at least 2 which attempt to overwrite existing maps, one of them is Moscow3 which tries to overwrite the map of the same name in winterwar, can't recall the other exactly but I believe it to be viervil one of the original CC5 maps.
Don't let this put you off using this mod, just take care when installing the maps
