I read that she was told to give up her 5 gin and tonics a day when she turned 80, she refused of course - what a woman!

Apparently so: I quote from wiki: "A feature film entitled The White Mouse, to be directed by Bruce Beresford, was in the early stages of production at the time of Wake's death."

one planned for 2012 and there was a small casted 60min doco/bio/drama starring & narrated by Nancy Wake as herself named "Nancy Wake Codename: The White Mouse" made in 1987.
