Is there a game sort of like Football Manager but instead of being a Football Manager you're a General or something like that? like you are in charge of your men, you lift their morale, train them but you don't really control what they do just give overall objectives and orders and then you watch them perform on their own. You are there just to, well, manage them not control them.
