Close Combat Series -> CC5 Stalingrad

Ive done everything possible trying to get this stalingrad 1.2 and it seemed easy with the directions but i keep getting the message under the CC5 config.Message below.
Failed to copy System\Packages\STALINGRADv1.2\CC5.exe to C:\Program Files\SSI\Close Combat Invasion Normandy\CC5.exe (Error Code=5)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes over weekend i put use with xp type of os because i have vista and then put check under administrator.
Everything worked fine then.Im gratefull for quick answer though and will get back with you if I have anymore problems.
