#1: Convert TGA 24bit to 16bit? Author: rom7, Posted: Mon Dec 24, 2012 9:02 am Hello there mates, Merry Christmas y'all. I am to replace the CCIV map flags (terrain file) using the fabulous CC2Spriter tool. In order to rebuilt my edited TGA flags I have to convert them first in 16bit (from 24bit), BUT I can't find the "tool" to convert them. Any ideas?

#4: Re: Convert TGA 24bit to 16bit? Author: rom7, Posted: Wed Dec 26, 2012 10:38 am Thanks to Sapa I manage to rebuild the terrain file with the new map flags. However, as you can see in the red circled flags (original flags) the white spots are perforated and transparent. When the layer below is white, i.e. snowy terrain, the flags look fine (blue circled flags). Is there something I can do to fix this? Cheers Y'all
