Not the biggest McCain fan, but he finally got the chance to go 1 on one with an Obama groupie in this CNN panel tonight over the "Free Syrian Army" being armed, Iraq and other hot political areas that Carney either dodged, lied about, or would conveniently forget as his time when he was the WH Press Secretary...

Rule tonight was no dodging and McCain lit him up.. Check this out:

It didn't get any better for Carney when on day 2 as Carney's new role as "political contributor" at CNN, he tried to take on Newt Gingrich 1 on 1 and got walloped just as bad over his ex bosses disastrouses policies. Anderson Cooper was on hand, attempting to give him cover fire, but there really was nothing to give him any from Carney was in such trouble from the get go. He was holding his head down during both interviews, like he was looking for a fox hole to dive into.

I see him either lasting little time at CNN, or inviting no conservatives to attempt to interview again. Not going to bother posting the Gingrich interview. It's equally embarrassing for Carney as was the McCain, tho Gingrich always was the experienced and trained debater, he was ready for this one from the get go it seemed and went for the jugular.

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
