In which CC game can you CAPTURE TANKS/ GUNS & USE THEM?

Just seems realistic, but not possible yet?

Tanks/Vehicles can always be captured. I think if enemy abandons vehicle and you seize the land it sits on, it happens. But as far as I know, no such feature in game. Of course that would be awesome. However, in some battlegroups you see predefined captured vehicles. That is mostly in east front/stalingrad mods.

Tanks can be captured but you will not be able to use the captured tanks. Perhaps in the 3d version if that ever sees the light.

It would be cool if you could capture and use enemy weapons. At least on the map your are playing.

Codename Panzer and Company of Heroes you can but not CC that I have seen.

As i remember, tank team while abandoning vehicle can grab one of machine guns. That was noted in the manual for one of series game, cannot tell which one exactly. Still need to check, what will happen if you send a team with exhausted ammunition to enemy unit, with all crew was killed inside. May be that machine gun will be picked up by your team.

yes scavanging for small arms is possible, you also have scavange teams in some mods

In a campaign if you capture tanks or cannons. They enemy can no longer use them against you during that campaign. so a good tactic is to cut off the enemy supply which causes moral drop and you can make them abandon them just about. You will see them in after action battle report. Not sure if your team has to actually touch them or it's automatic. In this screen from TLD you can see the US side had 1 tank captured.
