https://www.nytimes.com/2018/02/22/us/politics/paul-manafort-new-charges-mueller.html

Everyone knew this was coming...10 years (at least) of money laundering.  Just wait for the other shoe to drop when FBI finishes their bank audits.

"Mr. Manafort exaggerated his income by millions of dollars to take out mortgages on homes in SoHo and the Hamptons that he had purchased years earlier in part with income illegally funneled through offshore bank accounts, according to the indictment. The laundered money — which totaled $30 million — came from Mr. Manafort’s work as a lobbyist and political consultant to Viktor F. Yanukovych, the Russia-aligned former Ukrainian president."

Why was he so desperate for cash?  When Viktor was ousted, Mannafort lost his cash flow.  Why did he take so many "loans" from Russian Oligarchs???  How much $ does someone need, how many houses or cars did he need?  Not adding up...something is fishy.

Boss Vladimir would never in a million years use his military intelligence aka "contractors" for extradition to US.   You can't be serious with that comment.  5 of 6 American nationals pled guilty already in case you can't access anything other than your partisan news sources.  The only one that refused to plead guilty is Manafort.  And actually you can substitute Yanukov's servant for Putin's servant as he was just his puppet leader.

The noose is tightening.  They already have the emails.  And btw there is clearly a Russian informant because FBI had full info on the entire 13 Russians, who they worked for, name of departments etc.  Only an insider Russian informant would have access to that info.  But I actually think Jared Kushner is the biggest crook of them all.  Complete scumbag.

I believe the dossier 1000%, Putin is an expert manipulator.  They must have the videos / photos of prostitutes and other evidence for leverage.

Then you believe anything. 13 Russians are charged with communicating with members of Trumps Team..............lol. What about others from foreign nationals from others countries, are they allowed to meet Trumps people just not Russians during the elections. I hope the USA stops it's election interference as it's history since WW2 is far worse than it's list of conflicts / attacks on countries -  54. - https://www.channel4.com/news/factcheck/americas-long-history-of-meddling-in-other-countries-elections   Also how did they influence the US public into voting Trump and not Clinton. Have a read DJ and tell me why anyone should take these investigations seriously in what is  a bad case of double standards.

I see Dotcom was censored by Tweeter over Wikileaks documents on Seth Rich texts leading up to his death. That could be worth watching possibly.

Two of them are public businessman, contractors of Russian Ministry of Defence. Other was spoiled by russian media and hacker leaks in 2013-2014 - https://www.buzzfeed.com/maxseddon/documents-show-how-russias-troll-army-hit-america?utm_term=.gn5ayjYelB#.dtAPB26E5w  . FBI did just copy&paste, exactly like infamous "list of 210", copied from russian Forbes TOP-100 with include of some political&criminal emigrants (for years hiding in London).

JFFulcrum - did you read the buzzfeed article?  Where did you see "copy and paste"?  Maybe our Englisch is not so good or you overlooked what the article on buzzfeed said.  It stated Putin for many years has been suspicious of social media (for a good reason).  And that he wanted to try to control it and he obviously got very good at that with the help of his professional troll armies.

Here is the 37 page indictment.  Only an insider Russian informant could have provided this level of detail

DJ - US media only prints articles they can manipulate their fragile public's minds with. Touchy feelly articles and outright propaganda - white helmets of Syria is one article - exposed as terrorists yet US media loves them. Eastern Ghouta and the bombing of civilians is clearly another while ignoring Raqqa and Mosul actions. Buzzfeed is for US rednecks like CNN is for the brainless Democrats.

Did you watch those doco's on the FBI. They spell out how the FBI are a law unto themselves. They lie to the public and your MSM print their garbage verbatim, never checking for accuracy and never rescinding or correcting the lies. I guess that's what comes of being an isolated thinking people - inwards looking but never seeing anything as it is the norm.

The article was based on hacker leaks in 2014, link to email archive provided in article. Emails contained some 'staff tables' - lists of  employees and their positions in IRA. Example of table. First three positions was copied to FBI list in same order. In total, eight of 13 persons was listed in that staff tables of 2014. One name, Aslanov, taken from Russian RBC investigation, where he was called as chief of 'american' department of IRA . No other sources available about Aslanov, and all the information in FBI list is a 100%match to some provided by RBC, so i guess he was driven to list from that only publication.

You do realize they have the bank statements.  Financial crimes investigation has access to the bank document, that's how the found the evidence and money trail.  Just follow the money.  Interesting one of the Russian Oligarchs claimed Mannafort stole $19M of his money?  What is Mannafort doing with all this money and why is he always desperate for money?   Something is fishy.

"Manafort and Gates received 'millions of dollars' from 'Russian oligarchs'...Citing financial documents filed in Cyprus, The New York Times reported in July that Manafort was in debt to pro-Russian interests by as much as $17 million by the time he joined Trump's campaign team in March 2016.  Manafort also has significant business ties to the Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska, who signed a $10 million annual contract with Manafort in 2006 for a lobbying project in the US that Manafort said would "greatly benefit the Putin Government," The Associated Press reported in March.

That relationship turned sour in 2014, though, when Deripaska's representatives filed legal complaints in the Cayman Islands alleging that Manafort all but disappeared with $19 million Deripaska had given him to invest in a Ukrainian TV company called Black Sea Cable."

You do realize that these dockets are only allegations and aren't proof in themselves. Just a record of unfounded allegations. Just because they have been unsealed doesn't mean a thing. This is just going no where very slowly but cost your country a lot. Lobbyists in it self are legal in your country and that's what they will find.

Ahhh I see so official bank documents are not good enough for you?  Gates, Mannafort's colleague whom already pleaded guilty,  changed bank accounts and moved money around to different banks. In fact U.S. banks must comply with regulations that prohibit fraud and money laundering...so ONE of his many banks in California holding assets actually closed his account due to suspicious activity.
You can keep spinning things all you want or be as cynical as you'd like, but math and bank statements don't lie.  Especially considering many of these banks are not even based in U.S.  Plus Russian oligarch himself filed complaint against Mannafort overseas.  So is that another Yankee imperialist plot again?

It's not what I have said. In legal terms disclosed dockets contain all material but are unfounded. Therefore strictly speaking they are not evidence til they have met the requirement for proof. Suck dockets can contain allegations of police corruption in drugs cases and bribes that are fictitious. A docket is like a receipt or acknowledgement that this issue was raised.

Hope that helps and do a little research next time if you are unsure.

Oleg Deripaska himself or his lawyers filed compliant about Mannafort swindling $19M.  So you really think all these banks most of which are not even on U.S.A. soil are part of conspiracy to fabricate story of money laundering?   Why did Gates plead guilty then if he is as innocent as you think?  Your weird conspiracy plots make no sense.  So we are not suppose to believe anything governments tell us unless they publically disclose bank statements?   You have a quite warped view of reality and "news".
