If the save file were renamed and archived at various intervals, others could download it and replay some of that h2h camp. Or download, edit in the Save Game Editor for side and game settings, then replay.
Who does the strat turn and following battle for each side in these h2h camps?

Answer depends on CiC...
Option 1) CiC posts all the moves in Discord and let the first available player execute all moves and post file. They may play first game.
Option 2) Only CiC can execute strategic moves, followed by posting the file. They may play first game.
There's a few extra things to learn about LSA strategic moves. Whoever is executing the moves needs to understand these details (merging/moving/attacking/stacking).

Rhineland Team GC finished 8 july 2021. Axis surrendered his last forces in february 27 (end campaign date is March 1, 1945) while allied had Decisive Victory and controlled all maps except 2 contested (Fort Blucher and Rheinberg).
