Hi David,
go to my site http://members.fortunecity.de/closecombat2/ and download ALL CC2Afrika#####.zip archives. Then dwnld all maps (37 at the moment) from the same site or via direct download:
Take your original game CD and make a FULL INSTALL of CC2 on your harddisk. For PC users essential: mods will be stored on the HD, that means the datas for CC2 on the HD will be modified by this (and other) mod.
Unzip the archives mentioned above (with WinZip or something else).
For the CC2Afrika-BaseFiles.zip archive this will mean: the resulting
folder "Data" should replace the folder "A Bridge Too Far/Data" on
your HD (full install of CC2 required). The file "Explode" should
replace the original file in the folder "Graphics". Take care to
preserve the folder hierarchy while extracting from the archive.
All other archives does contain the datas in folders with the folder-names where they must go in the CC2 installation on your HD. Please follow the ReadMe files in the archives.
For the newer maps (Tunisia): take the latest Batnames file (at the moment the one from MedjezElBab) and place it into the folder "A Bridge Too Far/Data/Base" on your HD. Take the Battles-Folders out of the maps and place them in the folder "A Bridge Too Far/Data/Battles" replacing the older dummy-battles.
I think thats all. For playing CC2 you need a CD named "Close Combat" in your CD-Drive. Turn "Videos" off. If you encounter any trouble, contact me via email: closecombat2 [at] claranet [dot] de

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited
and found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some
of the great Close Combat mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank
all the members of our volunteer staff that have helped over
the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
