This is question to mod makers:
How do You guys deal with slope of tank's armor. It is very important for tank - but this statistic "ANGLE of Slope" didin't exist (i remember that in cc3 exist, and that was great!)
For example: we know that armor of T34 was really slope --- and hardest to penetrate (even caused bullets to bouncig) than armor of (for example) PzIV or PzIII - both of this german has vertically situated armor - and easiest to penetrate ...
So my question --- do you simply enlarge an armor of T34 to reflect this slope ? Or do nothing and if T34 frontal armor is (we say) 45mm then in game is 45mm too ? So if You enlarge, then please tell in what way You do that (how many you added to armor).
Sorry for my english - if You dont understand what i wrote please tell me
f.e. T34 having 47mm@60deg(x2.5 multiplier)=118mm - but that only for med front hull as low front hull had diferent slope and armor, and high front hull had drivers hatchet and MG mantlet that reduced overall armor hardness, plus armor quality and diferent type of AP shells perfomance were taken into account as well and blah, blah, blah...
In time of Stalingrad battle statistically 6 german AP shells should hit to KO 1 T34.
according to german tanx...they all of them had some slope, either reverse(StuG) or usual in some parts of hull or superstructure(STuG).Plus additional defence + spaced armor(some tanx)+ quality of armor and etc
so for (we say) 47mm@30des - the multiplier will be x1,25 ? Please post the multipler for main degrees You use (for 10deg, 20deg, 30deg, 40 deg,45deg, 50 deg, 60deg-x2.5).
or just:

Thier is a program out thier that calculates the armour equivlent in mm from the slope and thickness of the tanks armour.
that's not program...at least i dunno program to calculate slope factor.
there r alot of programs that calculate 'relative thickness' using math formulas.
ex: 47mm@60deg will be 47/sin(90-60)=94mm
formulas r:
X/sin(90-@)=X/cos@=Y(according vertical)
X/sin@=Y(according horizontal)
well i don't c how it can help u to play game anyway.
coz SLOPE FACTOR is much more complicated concept than 'relative thickness'. It measures 'armour basis curve'....how shell will behave upon impact: bounce, curve or normalize and perforate.
